Welcome New Client Paula Henry

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Paula: I found it online through the Real Geeks, through the Google Hangout.

John: Was that all that motivated you to call us? Did you do some research or talk to anybody?

Paula:  I did a lot of research. I watched a lot of videos. I’d been working on videos anyway, so it just seemed like a perfect fit for where I'm heading with my business.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Paula: Right now, I'm just getting back into the field, because I've just been managing the team.  I’m looking to restructure things a bit, find a couple assistants and free up the agents’ time, and just build my business.

John: Do you know how many people are going to be in your database?

Paula: I don't know for sure. I had a web presence for six or seven years, so we have about 40,000 people. But once I pull out some old emails, it will probably be about thirty.

John: How many of those people would be within your team members’ spheres, and how many would be outlying leads?

Paula: Most of our database is just leads. There are some that are past clients, but it’s not my team’s personal sphere. My sphere would be on top of that, and then my daughter’s sphere. So, probably like a hundred additional. Most of these are leads coming through the website.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database right now?

Paula: No, we're not set up for a drip campaign, and that’s going to be added to our system. Right now it’s on the agents to follow up with a phone call or email, and they have to set that task for themselves. We don’t follow up on a consistent basis.

John: You mentioned you were shooting videos. Why not try to do email marketing and video blogging yourself?

Paula: Well through coaching, and just through the process of running my business, there are things that cost me money if I do them myself. It’s basically transaction management. If I did this, it would take me 20 hours a month, which takes away my time.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

Paula: Over time, I think having a video library will not only help me reach my database but also create a larger web presence. I want it to be a resource for people. I think success is creating the right video so that people will want to use my site for information about the real estate market.

John: Anybody specific we should thank for your business? I know you came in through Real Geeks.

Paula: I didn't talk to anyone else. I would thank Jeff Manson and thank your own marketing department - the marketing works!
