Welcome New Client Greg Polak

John: So Greg, how did you hear about us?

Greg: A gentleman in my office, Dave Friedman, has had tremendous success from it. Strong ROI, I believe 70. Basically a co-worker of mine had sent me a link to the webinar you put together there. I was highly intrigued, and I started looking into everything you guys offer. I watched a lot of the other webinars with Realtors across the nation, and did a lot of research about Frank. I was impressed across the board. When I started reaching out to everyone over there, the customer service was phenomenal. For me that's huge. I know I'm new, but so far everything's been awesome.

John: So, was that what motivated you to get in touch with us?

Greg: 100%. I research this all the time, and I try them all. This is one that I'm fully confident about going into. I'm excited to get it going. The biggest thing for me is I'm just going to follow what you say to a "T". You guys are the experts. You know what works and what doesn't work. I'm not going to try and reinvent anything. I'm just going to follow what you guys say, and expect some good results.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Greg:  I reentered the business in early 2012, and then really started cranking it out. 2012 and 2013 consisted of hitting all the buyers and building that base back up online.  Then I was converting them into clients. I was pretty steady at 30 to 35 deals a year. Then I finally shifted gears to run this like a business, and joined Keller Williams just about a year ago. So, now what I'm trying to do is implement the touch system. I've got a database of about 7,000 people. I don't even have a touch system that I'm using right now. So again, I'm really getting ready to implement this and do everything the right way for the first time.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

Greg: Right now I have 7,200. The thing is I haven't pulled all of the contacts from LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Those are strictly people that have registered through the website. I've got several hundred of them visiting every 48 hours. It's a very active base. Some of the people reach out to me because they receive the monthly market updates and some of the general stuff, but not the video.

John: Are you doing anything consistently to market to the database?

Greg: Consistently, everyone receives a monthly market update on the zip code that they're interested in. Sellers receive comparable homes in the neighborhoods where they're selling. I've got email drip campaigns, which were very successful two years ago. Now, those aren't working. I know I need to revise it to what is current and what is working, and that's where video comes in. I feel that will be highly successful.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Greg: There's a lot of factors. I saw the high content, and all the videos I saw looked professional, and I know that you're using the proper equipment. But all of that is so time-consuming. I'm so busy every day, I'd rather just pay that dollar amount. It's an investment in the business. You're professionals who have this ironed out and have a system that's working. That goes a long way in my book. I don't want to invest all that time. If I can get two videos done a month in 40 minutes, that's awesome. And then you guys roll everything out from there, are you kidding me?

John: That brings me to my next question. You mentioned ROI. What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

Greg: I understand that your goal is at least that tenfold ROI. I know Dave is an extreme case, but the potential is to get it up to 70. I'd be happy if I could get a 20 or 30 ROI. That's tremendous. I've had video on the back of my mind. I'm a very aggressive online marketer. The fact that I don't do video blows my mind. I think it's crazy that I'm not utilizing YouTube when it's the second biggest search engine. There aren't many Realtors using video in my area. Why not get on the cutting edge of it? It's not going anywhere. Video is only going to get bigger and bigger, so I'm ready to get into that area as well.
