Welcome New Client Scott Denton



John: How did you hear about us?

Scott: I saw a video of Frank on YouTube. It was completely random, but I saw him talking and I thought, I need to know what this guy does. I looked you guys up, and I knew it was what I needed.

John: Cool. What motivated you to get in touch with us? 

Scott: At first I saw Frank talking, and then I went to your website and read about how you're doing things in the real estate industry, and it's the missing piece that I've been looking for in marketing to our industry. I watched pretty much all the videos on your website and read everything I could. I went back to YouTube and looked up Frank. It was more research than I've done for anything else, but I was intrigued.

John: Why don't you tell us what you do. Then describe where your business is at currently, and where you would like it to go. 

Scott: We're a clean air start up. I've been in the heavy machinery business for 20 years now. There's a big need for organization on the searching side of machines. There's hundreds of places where people can advertise on machines, and we built a search engine that  encompasses all machines and makes it possible to compare what machines cost, how they perform – things like that. I needed a special way to market to these people, and these informational video emails will be perfect for that. Right now, we're at zero customers. In six months, when we have 2,000 customers, that's all thanks to Vyral Marketing.

John: How many people are in your database? You said about 8,000?

Scott: Yeah, about 8,000 now. We should have another 2,000 to 3,000 by the time we start with you guys in May.

John: Are you doing anything to market to these people currently? 

Scott:  No.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Scott: I'm a big believer in letting the people who know what they're doing do what they do best. I hired the best developer I could find, and I want to work with the best marketing people I can find. That's the main point. I don't mind knowing how it works; I just don't think I should be the one doing it.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Scott: I have high expectations of building our brand, as well as the awareness of our product. I want to use the videos to show our benefit. I want to benefit the actual market itself by giving them information that has nothing to do with our website, but I also would like, within the videos, to have a platform and show our customers what the benefit to them will be. Success for me, of course, is clients and customers using the system. On the other hand, success would be me hearing from other people about my own product. The first time someone comes up to me and says, "I hadn't heard of this. It's awesome," that's going to be success to me. I don't care if I have one client or if I have 1,000.
