Welcome New Client David Kimbrough

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

David: RATE conference.

John: What motivated you to get in touch with us?

David: Several guys recommended you. I figured it was worth the gamble.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

David: We have no past client follow-up to speak of. It's probably the biggest hole in our business. We're good at attracting new business. We do 240 sides a year at 55 to 60 million dollars in volume. We have a hole in our business there that we need to tighten up.

John: What are you doing to communicate with that database right now?

David: We do a quarterly newsletter, we do football schedules. Just the same old stuff that everyone else does. We stay in front of them, but it's probably not much of a value add. The newsletter is pretty good, but we certainly want to do some stuff that's better than that.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

David: Around 3,000. Past customers is probably 2,500 to 2,700. The rest are probably Realtors and Vendors.

John: Would you say all of the past customers would know who you are?

David: I would say there's a high likelihood of that. They've probably all done business with us at some juncture.

John: Why hire us? Did you ever try to do something like this yourself?

David: Oh, yeah. We used BombBomb, but we didn't send an enormous amount of stuff out there with that. There's only four of us, and we're pretty busy. We don't have time to put something together and make it look good, rather than something that's been shot in my basement. That's been our hold-back, is getting a consistently clean and professional product that's time-relevant and market-relevant.

John: We can help with that for sure. What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

David: I would say within six months we should add 3 new deals. Or ten new deals a month.

John: Ten? That would be pretty lofty!

David: I mean, I don't know what the expectation is. What's your expectation?

Jan: My expectation is that we get testimonials from people, and people see us more on social media without us having to do that work ourselves.
