Welcome New Client Jeff Mistretta
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Jeff: I believe the first time I heard about you guys was on a Google Hangout. Vyral definitely stood out to me.
John: Did you do some additional research then? What motivated you to give us a call?
Jeff: I became addicted to watching every single video on your website over a period of several months, and I finally reached out to you.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?
Jeff: I have a decent-sized database that I don't work at all. I'm closing about two deals a month. I'm looking to triple that and work my database. I'm hoping that with Vyral Marketing helping out, we can work the database and achieve those numbers.
John: Do you know how many people are in your database?
Jeff: Past clients, I only have maybe 80 or 100 emails. I feel like I may have 1,200 emails between Facebook, LinkedIn, and stuff like that.
John: Perfect, and you said you're not really doing anything to market to that database currently?
Jeff: Zero. Zip.
John: So why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?
Jeff: A year or two back, I thought about doing video marketing and drip campaigns. To be perfectly honest with you, figuring out the whole concept took months. I couldn't even fathom the concept of implementing it on my own.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Jeff: To me, interacting with my clients is where I feel like success is. By doing that, I'm hoping to increase appointments and referrals.
