We don’t offer YouTube advertising management or Facebook advertising at the moment. We’ve had questions about how to do it, so I want to offer a live training. Without the ROI to back up the ad spend, I’m still testing out the ideas before offering you a solution. I want to stay on top of future trends for you.

If I can prove meaningful ROI I’ll look at how to offer it or refer you to a trusted partner who can manage the advertising for you at a high level.

Real Estate Snail Mail

We also sent our first letters for our 19 test clients at Real Estate Snail Mail last week! 10 educational custom-written letters, mailed twice per week, hand addressed, to expired listings in your market printed on linen paper with beautiful letterhead. Now we can finally start measuring results! I’ll keep you up the date. This is my way to help more people with my writing skills, which I really enjoy.

Our mastermind in Chicago completed today as well. It was a great event! We’re editing a wonderful video of the event, which I’ll send you in a future message.
