Welcome New Client Norma Skeete



Allison: How did you hear about us? What motivated you to call us? 

Norma: I heard of you because I listened to the Real Geeks. I saw Frank on the Hangouts. I'm a single agent, and it's just very challenging to get everything done. I just thought that this was something I could get someone else to do, so here I am!

Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your business goals for 2015?

Norma: I'm still very young in the business. I got licensed in the end of 2011. I have not really had a consistent work pattern. It's been pretty stop and go. At the end of last year, I decided that I just have to do something to get on track. I started looking online for things like Mike Ferry. I'm trying to get everything streamlined. I really want to do everything to get leads. If I can get that on autopilot, that would be great.

Allison: Are you doing anything right now to market to your database? 

Norma: I have about 500 people in there because I'd done Craigslist and Market Leader with Keller Williams. Between those and open houses, that's how I got those names. The only thing that I'm doing consistently now is sending a newsletter to about 100 of those people. But other than that, there is nothing. That bothers me because I know I'm losing people.  By the time I get back around to them, they've gone somewhere else.

Allison: What results do you expect? What does success look like to you? 

Norma: For this year, I was hoping for at least two completed transactions a month, which would give me about a quarter million. I'm not close to that, but it's still better than last year. I'm getting into a pattern and calling people. But if I'm out there showing properties, then I don't have the time to prospect. I'm just trying to get things set up where I have my day-to-day watched over. The aim is that I'm doing the really important things.
