Welcome New Client Sarita Dua
Allison: You were a client before. What motivated you to call us again and sign up?
Sarita: I enjoyed being a client back then. I kept thinking I could do videos, but you just don't do them. I realized I wasn't touching my database the way I wanted to. It was just a no-brainer to sign up and send video to connect with my database regularly. It was something that was missing in my marketing plan, and it was something that I want done for me so that I can do things that I really like to do.
Allison: Are you doing anything right now to market to your database?
Sarita: I'm calling them and we're doing client events, but we're not doing anything in a systematic way. That's a big focus of ours this year.
Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals going forward?
Sarita: As a team, we've enjoyed a nice trajectory of growth from 2013 to 2014. We went from $48 million to $68 million, upped our price point, and helped more families in the process. This year we're looking to help over 160 families buy and sell real estate in the Portland area. Our goal is to continue to have satisfied clients. We also serve the high-tech community that relates to our background. I also became a MAPs coach for KW earlier this year. I want to help others build their real estate goals. It became very clear that you need to focus on the things that you do really well, and have others do the things they do really well. Vyral's model is that you guys do videos really well. Now we can do what we do well, which is connecting with our clients. My goal this year is to have my team work hard, and also meet their personal goals. I want them to enjoy a balance in life.
Allison: Is there anyone that we should thank for your business?
Sarita: Lisa Treu. She's always been a big fan of Vyral. I just had dinner with Scott and Chris Colgan. I stay in touch with all the folks over there at Vyral, and Vyral fans.
