RE: Adding more content to your video emails

Clients,

I want to let you know this week we’re happy to add more content to your video email.

Here’s an example of an email we recently sent out for Vyral Client Lisa Treu. She’s a real estate professional in Palm Beach, FL and a great client for many years who has mastered the core Vyral Marketing plan.


After we send her the proof of her video email, she approves it and then sends us new listings to include within one business day.

She picks 3 of her best listings, sends over the URL for the property webpage, a description she wants under the image, and an image she likes best (if they don't send an image, we pick our favorite and use that).

She doesn't use any low end listings in the emails and the listings are linked to her home buyer search site.

If you don’t have listings to feature, we can also include videos from your sponsors, interviews with local business owners, community video tours, or happy client testimonials.

All of this content would go below your primary educational videos and two call to action links.

We’re happy to add a few more pieces of content to your video emails as long as you provide us with all the content within one business day after your proof approval.

If we gather the extra content for you, especially if there is extra writing or graphic design involved, it drives up the cost.

The ultimate goal with your communications to your database is to make them as useful and helpful as possible.

One of the great books I’ve read on how to make great marketing is called Youtility: Why Smart Marketing is About Help Not Hype – I highly recommend it. The basic premise is “Marketing should be so useful people would pay money to receive it.”


With putting more useful content in your video emails, we will certainly fulfill that mission for your business.
