Paul: How did you hear about us?

Jeff: A referral from a coaching group I'm involved with.

Paul: What motivated you to give us a call?

Jeff: We weren't quite ready last time in terms of our database and who we wanted to market to. It all seemed a little overwhelming and I didn't think our database was prepared. We've got all the clients, but very few email addresses over the years. We do have them from all these lead generation sites and figured we need to send these people videos and get in front of them.

Paul: What are your business goals for the future? What do you expect from working with us?

Jeff: I want to see a massive increase in referrals and a massive increase in engagement. We want people to request information on Zillow and other sites. We want to constantly reach out and touch them with meaningful information and with our past clients, continuing to reach out to them and stay in touch with them and offer items of value to get them to refer business to us.

Paul: How many people are in your database?

Jeff: Roughly 2,000 buyers in past clients. From our lead gen and what's in our pipeline, we have roughly 1,800 seller contacts and another 4,500 buyer contacts, just in the last 12 months. If we went back further, we probably have 20,000 people.

Paul: Are you doing anything to market to your database now?

Jeff: Nothing since '05,'06,'07. We have to continue to go after new business and frankly, I'm tired of having to go through that.
